i was wearing not exactly granny panties ...they werent baggy but you get the idea? well it was hot and i was sweatyy..and the underwear irritated my inner thigh..and its really bad..its red and inflamed..what can i do to stop the pain ? (link)

well for my year 9 school formal we are having the theme... 80's retro recycle...so im not really sure what 2 wear? like i want 2 wear a dress but like what style goes with that theme, i have no idea about fashion so some help would be appriciated.. just a few suggestions!! thanks xo
