i cut myself a lot just to make the pain go away and i told one person and they told me to tell my parent but i dont want to i wanna stop but i cant its just hard i need help can someone tell me wat to do please (link)

ok, well i cut. and i dont want to hear the "oh dont do that! blah blah blah" im really trying to stop and i dont need anyone to be pressuring me right now. but anyways..i usually cut on my shoulders so no one can see and so that i dont kill myself. but the other day i cut my wrist. and i mean, i wanted to, but i didnt want it to bleed...and i didnt even push hard. i just ran it slightly across the skin. and it just started bleeding. im fine and everything, but is that normal? like is the skin just really delicate there or something?
