OK, we have gotten ourselves in major financial straits. It is not all our fault, but, yes we have made some mistakes. I was just wondering if anyone had any experience with bad credit persoanl loans or somewhere we can get help? Thankx. (link)

Yeah if you need help mate and are in uk get in touch with national debt helpline. They are goverment supported so cost nothing and its not a company that offer or suggest to borrow more money. Really good legal advice etc. They send you draft letters and allsorts of other information to help deal with your creditors. I spoke to them on the phone which was well worth it, think it was a free number too.
