The other person doesnt get cought in it lol! both me and my husband have one and it doesnt really feel that diffrent just a peice of metal in your mouth. Their really only good for oral sex!

when im making out with my boyfriend and messing around i get really wet like alot of it and is there anyway to prevent not getting so wet because when we have sex it sometimes makes noises ; can i prevent the noises ? (link)

Nope you cannot change the wetness. But i suggest if your not comfy with it making noises infront of your partner then your not ready to be having sex.
