Q: what do i do if my best friend is mad at me because i hate her so called "friend?"

Well, tell her why you don't like her "friend" without being rude or mean. Or just pretend that you like them a little, and maybe you might end up liking them for the same reasons your friend does. If you don't like this "friend" because they talk bad about your friend behind their back, or they are hurtng them or planning on hurting them, tell your friend. They might not believe you because they know that you don't like them, but if you have to do what it takes to prevent any friend from danger do it, unless it is a danger to you to - then I would advise informing an adult figure if the situation is too serious.

Q: Hey amy... my friend is being really rude and bitchy to me and I really dislike her at the moment. I would leave her, but she's my only friend that I can always be with, and if I told her I was mad at her, she'd blackmail me and tell everyone crap about me and then noone would be my friend... what do I do?

Well, I would try telling her that you were a little upset with her. You never know, she might not get mad. Don't yell at her or criticize her, just talk to her friend-to-friend. If she doesn't want to listen she obviously isn't a true friend. If she reacts in a bad way, maybe try spending some time away from her without totally deserting her and try to find a few more friends.
