I haven't had My First period yet and I'll be 14 early next month. I have got some cramps but they onl last from like 30sec-maybe 1 or 2 min but they are short mostly like 30 sec. Also some times if I fart they go away. Could they be related to my period? And someimes my nipples itch. Is this a sign? Please help asap!!!! My mom started when she was 12 and my cousin and aunt when they was 14. So what is it? (link)

Dont worry i didnt start till i was 14 all my friends started at 12/13! you will probably start soon my nipples started to itch and grow then a couple of months after i started, some people dont start till there 16, i wouldnt worry you have 2 years left to start them. i would say the later the better there so annoying!

you could have a really nice night in watching films you both like, and order a take-a-way just spending time with each other can really make a relationship. You could also go to the cinema and out for a meal!
go and see a show or go and watch his fav band or something.
or go out and meet his friends, go to night clubs together!
my boyfriend loves to go out with me and friends for a couple of drinks go back home and relax with a chinese and films! thats his ideal satday night!

there are loads of types of condoms, i would say that the ribbed ones and ultra thin ones give the most feeling. also you can get vibrating rings what really feel nice for both and it really spiced up me and my boyfriends sex life when we got one as it was such a different experience and great fun!!!
