ok first this is something alot of guys do. it's like they have a GF but they want someone else too. i wouldnt call it "cheating" but you should tell him what you think. just be like "hey i think ur cool but why don't you talk to me when _____ (insert GF's name) is around? am i only good enough to speak to when she's not here?" you'd get a better answer if you ask when its just the 2 of you. make sure he knows that you enjoy his company but if you two are just friends...you should be able to talk when she's there.

Hmm that is a very good question! Well before you build it make sure people want you to build it in the first place!! and once you start you can't stop and put it back in the box! and when asked who's idea it was to build the stroller and the person is mad--make sure you point to your friend. hope that helps
