ok let me start by saying there is no such thing as a "True Virgin" just virgin, and YES it IS! possible to get pregnant without sex, theres been many stories.... oral sex can lead to pregnancy... in that case the sperm would drip down and soak the panties and cause a pregnancy.... it's porbably a very low chance of success but very possible... and dont give me any more "true virgin" crap
