I had been thinking I couldn't be happy unless I was absolutely gorgeous on the outside. What are some ways, big or small, to prove to myself and the people I care about that you can be happy no matter what you look like. And are there any celebrities or famous campaigns (such as dove) with this message that I can read up on?

I know there is at least one other campaign against the media's perception of outer beauty that's advertising right now, but the name escapes me.
