My advide to you is to take a nape for 1 hour then go clean your room turn on some music and make it fun just sing or do something to make it fun you can also talk on the phone while you clean

Well if you are always bored i would suggest that you try out for one of your schools teams or go hang with your friends as long as you keep active also going to the mall will help ive noticed
