I'm 14/f. I'm 5'9 and weigh almost 155. I really really want to lose weight. After this week, because of some many tests and projects, I'm going to the gym again. My main problem is my boobs. I'm a C/36,and I want to be a small C/34 (I want a c/34 to be a little big on me) and I want smaller boobs!! They are sagging and I don't know what else to do about them. I'm planning to lose 30 pounds but I need to learn some pectoral exorcises to keep them from sagging. I hate having these saggish boobs that kind of go to the side because of my current weight. They're like fat boobs. I want smaller, higher boobs! HELP! (link)

We all want to be skinny and energetic.
Its not going to be that way for everyone, but its a good start to realize your over weight and want to loose some pounds! First off, while your not working out or losing weight, have confidence. If ive learned anything, its that confidence is attractive. Dont be overly cocky, just dont act like your weights a problem( even if it is). In the time your usually sitting on the couch watching tv, try layingon the ground and dont crunches until your favoritve tv show is over.And when your stuyding try staring at the paper while dont push-ups etc. Maybe try walking around outside for 30 minutes a day then gradually start running and for longer!
