well first of all, laugh my fucking ass off you have an advice column?!? and people actually ask you for advice?!? o jesus, wut's the world coming to, haha. anyway,ummmm.....OH I HAVE ONE! I have this friend who keeps showing up to school stoned, or hungover, or something like that, almost EVERY day, and her mom doesn't care cuz she's so depressed she doesn't even get out of bed, but i dont kno wut to do about it, let's see if you can answer that all mighty "one who knows all" lol

Good to hear from u liberty (sorry i had to use ur whole name).First off this sounds like a serious problem. I would start off by talking to the friend who is constantly stoned or hungover or whatever and see why he does these things. Then you need to try to convince him to do other things other than to take drugs (such as call you and talk things out rather than getting drunk or stoned). Give him hope that if he turns around that he will have a brighter future. As for the mom, her depression may have to do with chemical imballances and must be left for professionals (which i am not by any means). Best of luck.

well this is a difficult situation. First of all talk to your "best friend" and ask her (or him in some odd cases) why they are flirting with your bf. If they intend to make an attempt to steal your bf, inform him of this. Last of all, if there doing this to you are they indeed your best friend?
