i wuz in your same position...i didnt have my first kiss till last year and all my friends had theres way before me so don't feel bad. Find someone you really like and if you two go out all you can really do is wait for it. if you want it to happen sooner then just let him know you want to. you don't have to come out and say it you can just give him a kiss on the cheek or something and he'll get the idea.

maybe you should talk to this guy more. keep flirting...it'll make him want more of it. w/e u do dont do sumthin you wudnt normally do just to get his attention because then you'll b giving him the wrong idea about who you really are. just be urself but maybe show him a lil more about you and get him interested.
