Theres this girl I like shes doesnt really notice right now, because we happen to be friends. We seem to flirt alot but it seems to be more friendly. I would like to me more then friends, because shes very special to me, but at the same time dont want to lose a great friend. alright, i know this is a real random question.. but do you know any ways to get abs? cause i have a prom coming up.. and i wanna look good in my dress because it's tight. any workouts or annnything?
How far away is prom?? Um, my suggestion is just to do a bunch of sit-ups and crunches every morning and night. When you wake up, and then before you go to bed. And drink nothing but water. Also, when you're doing crunches, do elbow to opposite knee. Like when you lift your head and knees, bring your left elbow to your right knee. and then lift your right elbow to your left knee. Do maybe 200 a day (100 in the morning & 100 at night). More if you feel like it. But the most important thing too is too watch what you eat. Eat healthy too.

Ok, Recently I was what I like to call semi raped. I never told anyone about it because I didn't want ANYONE to know, not even my mother. it happend about a year or so ago. I was at a friends house staying with her while her parents were out of town for a week. I was sleeping in the other room and one of her ex friends ( a guy) came in all drunk and high and just being a jerk. He got on top of me and it woke me up he held his hand over my mouth and pulled down my PJ pants and pulled up my shirt. I finally got a second to scream and my friend came in and pulled him off of me. He got mad and started beating up her house. She called another friend and he came in and got him out. my friend told her parents they came home called the police me and my friend had to write police reports. My friend told her mom and I begged her mom not to tell anyone. She promised not to, and she never told. I told a few TRUE best friends. only about three. One friend was raped by her father and foster brother. She understand. My other friends do too. I've been dating my best guy friend for almost 5 months. I've known him forever. we're in love. I lost my virginity to him around january. I never told my mother any of these things and it's killing me. What should I do. How do I tell her about my semi rape with out her getting pist and go off on me. How do I tell her that her only baby girl isn't a baby anymore. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!

Hmmm i would say just pull her aside in the hallway or something. Or if you dont want anyone to see then call her. Tell her you know that shes talkin about you and ask her why or what you did. Or you can just kick her ass lol :o)
