ok wel im trying to lose 40 pounds and most of it over the summer. i do 500 crunches in the morning and at night and i eat good and i swim alot. what should i do.?

Thats really great that you are trying to lose weight !! :) Eat healthier . Yah kno just lie of the really sugary junk food things && 500 crunches is really good ! Keep that up . And try jogging around your block or something.
