I may only be 14, but i love helping others and giving the best advice i can. I do what I can and try and make the best of a situation. I attend Bramalea Secondary School, and my name is Jessica. My birthday is on May 30th and I'm a gemini. My average in school is 89.8%, and besides being pretty smart I'm kind, helpful, sometimes funny (I have my moments), and I love music. I love singing, dancing, I can play the guitar, clarinet, and the keyboard.
My advice is available to anyone who needs it, and remember there's no such thing as a stupid question.

Ok, I just got an Ipod nano about 2 weeks ago. Everytime I plug it into my laptop to charge it, it freezes up! It won't charge, and it'll stay like that for about 2 days! I don't know what to do, and I don't know if I should return it or not. Has anyone else had this problem? What can I do? (link)

You might want to take a look at your laptop because it might not be your IPod that's the problem.
