ok so like people always say you cant get STDs if you havent been sexually active unless you were born with them, but like is that really common to be born with STDs or is it rare? if your parents had any are you gaurenteed to have them also?

If your father had an STD when he had sex with your mom and you were conceived, chances are he could have given it to your mother. If your mother has an STD it is passed on to the baby through her blood during the delivery/pregnancy. If neither of your parents had an STD and you haven't been sexually active, you probably don't have an STD.
