WELL. If you just started, use the "teen" or "slender" or "slim" or whatever they call them kind. Something thin. As for brand, Tampax and Playtex are the best. Stay away from the generic brands...they dont really know what theyre doing. Get ones with rounded tops. Theyre the...*ahem* easiest to get in. ♥Rebecca
