You night wanna go to the doctor all though we all have a smell down there if its strong and you have alot of thick discharge you could have a yeast or bacterial infection. Or maybe if your sexually active an std.

It just depends, are you spotting?? if its really light maybe. but if your in alot of pain you could be miscarrying, or you may just be irregular, either way you should probably see a doctor. if you think your pregnant take a test. it could be stress really it could be anything. sorry if i didn't help i tried.
