When i was seven years old my mom [lets call her tina] and her friend [lets call her jenn]went away and i was left with *jenns daughter shauna at *jenns sisters house [lets call her jamie] well *jamie has a son john who was 14 at the time. What you've described absolutely is rape. You were seven years old and your assailant was fifteen. I consider that child molestation. I urge you to find a therapist with whom you feel comfortable and work through some of this. At the very least, find a support group. It's perfectly normal that this is still bothering you years later and, unfortunately, it may continue hurting for a while. Just know that you've taken the first step towards moving on by asking for help here.
