i really need help see i can't get in front of people to present a project in front of my class i start sweating and feel like throwing up and i can't breath and everytime i go up to present a project everybody could see that i am nervous because the way my voice sounds if anybody could give me good advice i really really need it or i will be stuck like this forever. i rate high help a person that is in need PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!! I would practice presenting your report to yourself in the mirror. Once you have done that, present it to your family. If that still doesn't help you when you get up infront of your class, look at the back wall. If your teacher grades you on making eye contact, then keep looking at the wall and move your eyes SLOWLY down to make it look like you are looking at the people that are in the front row.
