Q: hey i was just wondering because i got the new color pulse by loreal thing, its like semi permanent hair dye, that washed off in 8-10 shampoos. and it says wash and towel dry ur hair. does it mean dry it entirely of just partially. because i haven't washed my hair for like 3 days and i don't know will the dye stay in. i got dark blonde hair, and i want it lighter. i got cool blonde, and i don't know if it'll work. thanks in advance! i rate 5's. =)

okay ive used that stuff 2ce (im a pro by now) when it says towel dry your hair--it means just put the towel on your head and rub it around..dont completely dry it..or else it wont work!!
