hi! i have braces, and i would like to whiten my teeth, but i've been told that you're not supposed to use the kind of teeth whitening stuff that you kind of paint on. but I was wondering, is there any other way I can whiten my teeth? can i use the strips or is there a kind of toothpaste or ANYTHING?

i had braces for a loong time. and i never whitened my teeth while i had them. it's just a bad idea that will end up costing you more in the long run. for now, just make sure you brush your teeth 2 times a day, and use mouthwash. as soon as you get them off, use crest white strips premium, the 14 day stuff and they will be AMAZINGLY white when you are done. if you whiten now, only half the tooth will be whitened. and then it will be really hard to get the teeth all the same color.

i have bumbs on my forhead, but its not acne. i have Proactive, and it doesnt help the little bumbs. my face is brokenout really bad right now. i have one of those pimple things that look really hard and its big, but its not a pimple. is there any make up ideas i can try to cover it up. i use liqiud make up, but i think im going to change to powder. is that what i have to do? && any ideas to make those little non pimple bumbs go away?.. thanks!!! When it comes to powder vs. liquid, use liquid if your skin is dry to normal, and powder if it is oily.
Definately check out the dermatologist, and if they arent pimples, try exfoliating the skin with a slightly rough cloth. Also... do you have bangs? The oils in your hair might be causing the bumps on your face. The dermatologist would know best.

i wear makeup and everything but you know how celebrities get their lips to look like a light light pink? well how do they do that? it looks like really shiny and soft pink. My lips are like a dark pink and i hate ittt i want pink! haha help! (link)

to get them pink, you are going to have to use a lipstick, or a really think gloss. I have this light pink stuff that is really shiny, its by NYC, a really cheap makeup line. In order to make it shiny and glossy, put a clear gloss ontop of the lipstick. Mac also has awesome lip glosses that will make your lips lighter.

I think it would look cute on you. Make sure that you get a really small stud, becuase your nose is a bit big (dont take offense, it fits your face well) and if you have a big ring or something, it will make it look bigger.
Also, your eyes are gorgeous!! But if I could give you any advice on makeup at all and please dont take offense, I would say that you shouldnt put eyeliner on your lower eye lids. If you want to, I would suggest you smudge a light brown pencil on your lower lid instead of black.
I'm obsessed with makeup and plan on going into cosmotology school, so if you have any more questions about makeup ideas , let me know.

Mac cosmetics has every color your heart could possibly desire. with green eyes, purple looks amazing. it really brings out the color of your eye. and when your eyes are blue, browns are really nice. like coppers.

How do I become more fashionable.. I'm a guy, and no... I'm not gay. But I wanna be more fashionable, but not like preppy fashionable.. just like being able to have a good sense of style.. I like all colors except like baby blue pink and pastelish colors... And my favorite kind of shoes are Vans Slip-ons.. and I have a pair to match all of my clothes so far.. but I just need some clothes that will look good on me, and will match... Could you suggest any stores that aren't preppy i.e. American Eagle, Abercrombie, etc. (link)

hello. Okay so the prom is april 28th. I have green eyes and dark brown hair. my dress is a dark purple. I'm thinking that the smokey eye would look good, except i can't seem to figure out how to do it. it just doesn't look the same when i do it? Does anybody have any tips or instructions or any other ideas to help me out?

pruple will make your green eyes pop.
first, use a foundation on your face, nothing powdery or heavy. - unless you have a really nice complexion.
use a light pink blush on the apples of your cheeks, sweet the brush in an upward motion towards your temples.
a very light nutural color on your lips, just a gloss even
get a purple eyeliner or shadow and put the eyeliner on yuor top lids and the bottom, but make it lighter on the bottom, and only from the middle of the lid to the outer corner. put a shimmery white /gold color right under your eyebrows.
black mascara too. and that should be nice and simple and natural.
if you want a more intense look, i would say you could put a bit of purple eyeshadow on, but dont over do it. a hit of purple to match with the dress is nice, but too much matching could be a little much.
