okay im 16 and i know you have to be 18 to get your belly button pierced without an adult there. and my parents dont want me to get mine pierced. so im gonna do it myself. has anyone done it before that can explain exactly how to do it.. what to use, where to get bellybutton rings (somewhere in a mall preferably), how much skin should be like above the hole (like how far into your bellybutton to pierce it), how to like sterilize the needle, what you need to do after so it doesnt get infected, THANKS! dont do it. your parents know best and an infection could cost you your life. wait until you are 18, then see if you still want it.
