I'm 18 but alot of people say that I look 15 years old which gets me down. Any ways to look older or my age?

i have the same problem lol. im short and skinny and it just makes people think that im a lot younger than i really am. however i used to have long hair when people told me that i still looked young. Then i decided to get my hair cut. its just like the style victoria beckham has. its really cute, easy to deal with, and people say it made me look more mature and older.

i know that its hard to deal with people always sayin you look young because in different situations you want to look older. but older people always tell me to take advantage of the fact that you look young because when we get older we will still look 20 even if we are 30 :)

I listen to metal and so on. Heavy and loud :)
I was wondering what's a style where I can still wear my band shirts, but also have a touch of femininity in my style also with a touch of uniquness.
I've been trying different things, but nothing looks right :(

well theres lots to do with a band shirt.

i like to feel comfortable but still have a little kick to what im wearing. i like to wear a tshirt thats a little bit bigger thats almost passing my butt, with any pair of skinny jeans. the shirt and jeans still give you your rocker look, then to add femininity try a pair of black flats or any color that will match. a headband will also give you a more feminine vibe.

you can use the shoes and headbands to your advantage trying different colors even if they dont exactly go with the color of your shirt, it will give you that uniqueness.

i hope i could help feel free to ask me more about it, if i didnt really give you a clear answer. :]

I'm 16/f and I'm half black half white and my hair is annoyingly difficult to work with. It's naturally curly and I like to use a flat iron to make it straight. However no matter if it's straight or curly it always puffs and it's really annoying. I've tried just about everything and curly or not it always turns into a big mess. Does anyone know what would keep my hair from puffing?

Anything will help,
MG

i use a relaxer for my hair every 2 or 3 months. im black and asian so my hair is also curly. since you are half black and half white i would suggest getting a relaxer that is not so strong so it wont completely damage your hair. people say that if you already have good hair you really shouldnt even try putting a relaxer in, but it really does make your hair straighter and easier to work with.

or you can try going to a beauty store where they will wash and style your hair. i go to a local beauty store sometimes and it costs me about $15 in total to get my hair washed, cut, and straightened. plus these people are trained so they do less damage to your hair when they straighten it.

hope i could help :]
