Ok i dont know if its the new show iv been watching but...2 nights ago. i was i bed facing the other way. When all of a sudden, if felt as tho there was someone standing over me with a knife about to stab me. and i know i was awake. And i would think its the show but i hadnt seen it in like 3 weeks. Also when im walking around places, ill look over, and see someones face. No one that i know. And when i look back, its gone. and i feel as tho someones always watching me. Oh also i can like sence if somethings there...i think. i could never really be sure. because i run away. lol i know kinda nerdy but it scares me. And i am a bubbly person and i joke around about everything. And thats why i would never really tell anyone. Most the time i just laugh it off. But after what happened 2 nights ago. I dont know. It was like a strong feeling of hate i think. I have no idea because it never happened to me. and no im not crazy. (link)

I know what your feeling, I'm the kind of girl that falls asleep during scary movies withOUT nightmares. I've been feeling something like that as well. When you see the face, take a deep breath, and walk towards it. Face it, face your fear. If you can prove your not afraid, it might disappear. Face it, and get rid of it.

well in all my pictures i have a little white smudge. its usually by my head. and when people come over they are always like "whoa i just saw a flash out of the corner of my eye!" and i se it sometimes too, and i dont tell them about it so they cant know that i also see it. and it hasnt recently started. its been like that for as long as i can remember. and sometimes things move unexplained around me, like things laying on the floor with nothing around it, once my computer chair rolled back while i was sittingin it, that freaked me out alot. windows shut and open. could a spirit be attatched to me? im a skeptic just like many and ive resorted to thinking theres a spririt attatched to me. ive eliminated all other logical explanations, like camera faultiness, or wind blowing or things like that and most of the time it makes no sense.
this is scaring me, tell me what you all know!

okay, you need to communicate with it (him or her)do you have an Ouija? leave out news papers and books of different topics and a notebook with a pencil surrounding you while you talk to him/her with the Ouija board. Use any old newspapers if possible. Ask the spirit to show you and tell you everything you need to know, and write anything extra if possible. If you really feel the spirit is evil and needs to leave, and isn't a protecting spirit; light a couple candles at night, and chant this:
"The Presence that stands Upon the stairs
The unseen hands That move the chairs.
The lights that play Across the wall,
The stains that stay, The plates that fall,
The mist, the chill, The wandering scents
