ummm, well it's not like you can like poke yourself to figure it out. when you think it happened, there will be some blood, so that's the only way you can tell. or, if you would really like to know, you can go to a gyno and they can tell you. tampons can do it, but so can biking, horse riding, andmany other things! i hope i helped!:D good luck
