i just joined track last friday, and to tell you the truth i'm not the best runner. i'm good at shot put, long jump, and hurdles, but we have to run a mile everyday and i'm a long distance runner. how can i be a better runner, because if i start running for like 10 seconds i get tired. thanks! well you just need to keep in shape, run everyday even on the weekends and it will get easier and easier

i need to get good at volleyball... by monday, march 19, 2007.
can someone hit me up with a 'be a better volleyball player' video / website / tutorial or someeeething that will really make me go "wow! i really think that will help!" i cant practive before monday either... :/
even if you guys have personal experience like from memory, i'll take it.

getting good at volleyball in 2 days is going to be hard. It is a tough sport and take alot of cordination. to get goo at it just remember to stay low whn you are bumping the ball. also when you are serving start closer to the net and after it goes over a cople times step back and also try throwing it over first to loosen up your arm! when you are setting try to get it really high so the hitter can get a good spike. you may not no what i am talking about now but you will.
