my dad is a basketball coach for a high school team. he is also my basketball coach. im 13/F. anyways, he is always forcing me into sports. i think i found a sport that i really love, but he wants me 2 be involved in atleast 2 at a time. thats not fair bcuz i want to practice volleyball and improve in it instead of basketball. ive tried to get out of it. even my mom is tryin to get my out of basketball but he just wont let me out. what do i do?

Okay sit down with your Dad and tel him how you feel. I had the same trouble with my Dad and Im still struggling with it today.. escpecially with school sports! Ask him why he wants you to to do so much when you dont really even put effort into it. If he just wants you to stay in shape offer him a deal that you will go to a nearby workout place (like the YMCA) for som many times a week. Try that and see how that works!

hey okay i really need some help! U see I mad this low team for basketball and I really thought I was gunna make A.. well that didnt really happen! Can you please help me figure out how I can work my way up to A? (link)
OKay here we go.. most people didnt get the team they wanted.. and thats okay! You just need to show the caoches that you are good enough and that you really want to get out there and play! Make sure you have the right attitude and that you try hard every second!
