My name is Brooke. I'm 17. I'm a cheerleader. I love answering questions about health, sports, and relationships. When I answer a question I do my best. I mainly come on here to answer questions but sometimes I ask questions too.

what is the eaisest, most painless, safest, quickest way to learn a double back tuck on the trampoline?
I would prefer answers from other gymnasts just as a saftey thing and i dont want to be taken advice from people who can hardly hold a handstand or even do a roundoff.

i guess that the best way to learn them is to do one tuck then do a jump and do another. The faster you get to be able to do this the easier it gets them. If your gym lets ya then you should ask to move a mat and put like a stinger on the top of the mat so if you fall then you wont get tramp burns. When you get ready to do it make sure you are like high and you are setting, when you go after your first one keep rotating and pull yourself around. One thing that you might struggle with is learning when to open up cause by habbit you will probly start opening up when you usually do for just one.you should prob. have ur coach spotting you when you first start doing them, because they can help you get around faster and help you tuck more. it would be seriously stupid doing it without a spot.you can seriously hurt yourself if you are not doing them right, just make sure that you have an adult spot until they think you are safe to do them on your own. Also dont try and learn them fast take your time to learn them right.hope it turns out okay if you dont uderstand just send me in my inbox.

hey=]
well if you have done or still do gymnastics it helps a lot, but isn't needed. The people who watch you during your try out don't want to see little stupid cheers like gimme an "A" and stuff like that, they like to see you be different and stand out. What ever your school colors are, wear them in your hair like head bands. Don't wear a ton of make up, because they'll think it's trashy. Shave your legs before you try out. Wear your hair either in pig-tails, a pony tail, or something that won't get messed up easily. And do your best.

I hope i helped
♥ Brooke
