Losing a family member is really hard, i just lost my grandpa yesterday. Just go up to her and be like, im sorry about your mom and give her a hug. Anything will help, trust me. It helps me when someone just smiles at me, it makes me feel like i will get through this and everythings going to be okay.

my dad was going out with this girl for like.... 3 years...they've been going on and off for a pretty long time and they just broke up! now, he is ALWAYS moping around and ALL of this stuff! i will ask him what is wrong and he will always say..."nothing just depressed." i mean im really concerned...what can i tell him without him freaking out on me? My parents are divorced so i know what its like for them to be dating different people. You just need to tell your dad that him being depressed is really affecting you and that he needs to go back out into the "dating world" and find someone whos really right for him. I know it may be tough to talk to him about it but its something you really have to do if you want him to be happy.
