its her first offence and she didnt steal anything big i doubt very much she will go to jail. Good luck and please keep me posted.

Lastnight my mother got a call from walmart saying that my 18 year old sister had stolen a $4 pair of earings. This was the first time she's ever done something like this,and i reallly cannot believe she did! Im really worried that she may go to jail. What's going to happen to her!? (link)

well considering it wasn't theft over 5000$ she will get a slap on the wrist or she will get community hours but more then likely no jail time! Is this her first offence?
