lastnite i was on the fone with my boyfriend and my mom kept coming in saying she needs the phone and i wouldn't get off cause my boyfriend and i were in the middle of a conversation. So... she took my cell phone which in this case my dad bought for me (parents are split up) and i pay for monthly and she only did it to waste my minutes. so when i got off the phone i walked into the living room and there she was on the couch talking on my phone and i got pretty pissed off about it. So... i tried grabbing it from her and told her to give me my damn phone but she pushed me away and slapped my arm and then she finally got off but she wouldn't give it to me and she went and got the home phone so again i tried grabbing for my cell phone and she pushed me into the wall and started choking me and cussing at me and so i called her a fucking bitch and she pushed me onto the couch and punched me in the chest and in the face and slapped me across the face and kept saying what did you just call me and i tried kicking her off me and then i finally got her off me and she goes to my stepdad you wanted her here then you can stay with her and she left..... thats just the background... but my question is what am i supposed to do, I have a HUGE mark on my neck from where she was choking me and now i have worse breathing problems (i have asthma pretty bad) i mean like should i call the poilce or should i call child services i have no idea what to do!! HELP ME PLEASE (link)

you should either go off and live with your dad or live with another family member and if no one takes you talk to your counciler at school and see if she says that you should call child care or the police

Hey, I hope you can help.
I went shopping at the mall today and my mom dropped me and a friend off. She never told us when she was picking us up. Apparently, since there was the daylight saving time change, I had a terrible perception of what time it was. It turned out that my mom had said 5:30 sometime before we picked up my friend. I finally got her call at about 7:15 and she was furious. She says that I'm incompetent and can't be trusted, both of which are untrue. How can I regain my mom's trust? THanks!! (link)

do somehting really responsible and proove to her that you can be trusted....like babysitting or doing your homework everynight and it will come back!

Ok so I use to play an instrumiment it was the fluet how ever you spell it. But i want to play drums or guitar my dad says no becasue I'll
quite like last time .The only thing i've tryed something and quite was the fluet which was like 3 to 4 years ago. I love the way drums, guitar and some other things sound when I grow up want to be some one who makes up beats. But he said i don't have a good enough reson. I listen to music 3 hours a day(screamo kind)my dad also said he doesnt want me playing drums and guitar cuz there loud . I told him if doesn't let me do anything how I'm I ,going to know what I like if he doesn't let me try. Can you guys give me a good reason that might change the way my dad thinks about drums and guitar? (link)

i feel the same way with drums and my mom says the same thing and theres two answers to this...either proove to them that you can stay in activities that you like and or tell him that you can get a sound proof garage or room and maybe he'll allow it....
