You and your brother need to contact the Family and Children's Services program near you (I don't know where you live) and let them know just what you said on your advice column. This is a serious topic and the only way to get her to stop is to get someone who is able to control her and keep her from doing it. They may take you away from your home (with your brother) and send you to a safer place or with a relative unti she gets straightened out. It may seem hard, but it wil be for the better. I'm actually adopted into a family that loves and cares for me. My real family would have probably been doing to same things, if not worse.
