I was wondering anybody know a site.. or books on like stuff deal with working with kids and all. I have exprineces but only with family memeber becouse they my cousins i know it different working with kids who they don't know you or not a related or anything. i know kinda the same but alot different..

I work with kids for a living. I think a lot of the how to you simply have to gain from experience. There is no book that can teach you everything you need to know to work in childcare. My biggest tips are:
Don't be alone with one child at any time. Always make sure you either have a second adult or a second child with you. In today's society if a child accuses you of something you are guilty until proven innocent.
Along the same lines as the above is don't do anything with the kids that mom, dad, grandpa or grandma might be uncomfortable with if they saw it. This includes sitting on laps, overlong hugs, etc.
Also at the preschool stage they will try and make you their friend and play the cuteness card (for example getting up and trying to hang all over you while they should be sitting for an activity). If you are there as a volunteer to help their teacher make sure the kids know that while you care for them you are a teacher and keep them from crossing that teacher/student line.
If you have any questions on how to deal with specific issues feel free to ask anytime! Good luck.
