hahaha. i have the same problem when my mom or step dad leave hes a little brat and thinks he can do what he wants. you need to talk to your dad and tell him, that or talk to your brother and tell him to stop it. if you need anymore help ask me cause i understand and ill try to help you more

does she watch tv? try to play with her like paint, draw, do activitys she would like to do maybe then she wont get on your nerves. have fun babysitting, i babysite my little bro and sis their 5 and 1 1/2 and i babysite alomost 24/7 so you dont have it that bad, just have fun with her and do stuff like take a walk or something

ok if your wanting these ideas so you can wonder off. dont. heres ideas i have a 5 little bro and a 1 1/2 little sis. get some paint and some paper and paint with them. do activities like draw. do something like taht watch tv, music, draw, you get the hint
