advice
im corfortable with myself up until my stomach, it has like rolls. but my weight is the skinny weight for my height, but im not skinny. its really messed up, so lossing weight wouldnt be good. ive been hoping id grow so id thin out, but then ill just have stomach and be taller. i dont know what to do.
i mean im corfortable with myself but when i look in mirrors, the belly fat is all i see.
so you see, i dont want to lose weight cuz id be way under weight, but i want the belly fat to go away
any suggestions?
light weight but heavy stomach
this is absolutely NOTHING to worry about! this is a very easy problem to solve.. you just have baby fat on your stomach area and it is very easy to get rid of without going on a diet or something like that... everyday when you get up in the morning like before you go to school do 100 situps if this is hard for you, you might want to start with 50. this will help you develop abbs and a tight stomach leaving no kind of fat around your stomach. you could also lay on your back and do an exercise where you touch your elbow to the opposite knee which also really helps...but DO NOT overwork yourself after time you will see GREAT results. -ashley
