I'm trying to reduce my fat and sugar intake- can anyone suggest some low fat, low sugar foods that are good for you to eat on a regular basis? Also, my friend told me that pasta is fattening. I thought it was just complex carbohydrates- not fat or bad for you. Does anyone know how good pasta is for you?
Thanks. (link)

Negative Calories = good news. Negative calories are a food that require more energy to digest (complex) then they produce, therefore, burning calories. Try celery.
Pasta isn't bad. It's just moderation is the key, carbohydrates bring energy, so if you have a little pasta before you go work out, it's not going to be bad for you.
