Okay, so I'm going to need to fast for a long period of time to get a bunch of blood work done, ect. (I'm getting cholesterol tests, which is why I cant eat the days of the tests) so I was wondering if there are any ways to get my mind off food. I'm huge on eating many snacks during the day, so this will be hard for me. If any of you have any effective tecniques or anything, please help me out. =D.

Thanks Alot in advance!!

I would say that you should eat a looooott before you get these tests done. You wouldnt want to be hungry before the tests. I have never heard of anything like this, but remember, not eating over a loong period of time can get you really sick. I have to agree to drink a lot of liquids, and keep yourself active.
