OK well i think i might be annorexic. I'm about 4'9 and only like 86 pounds. That never seems to be thing enough for me. I'm always trying to lose weight some how or another. Now i don't know what to do...i don't want to tell my mom b/c i'm not sure if i am or not and i don't want to worry her. I'm just scared that i'm getting myself into trouble with this stuff...does anyone have ne suggestions for me? I'm scared...i dont want to end up in the hospital b/c of this...thanks in advance! why do you want to lose weight?? your probably grat the way you are. if you are starving yourself to try to get thinner(all the time),that might be the case, but dont get worried!

i think you should talk to your mom about this situation. ask her to bring you to the doctor and ask the doctor if its too skinny for you. your mother may get worried, but its better to see if you are anorexic or not instead of not telling anyone.

all though i think 86 is average if your 4'9. my brother is taller and the same weight and hes not anorexic.

Whenever I eat a large amount of dairy products of any kind, particularly milk, I get this awful painful feeling internally right below my back...and then I get diarrhea. Could I be lactose intolerant? (link)
i am lactose intolerent myself, and that is a sign. i got it recently and i was sick for a long time. that might be the case, just to be sure, check with your doctor, he/she`ll deff tell you!!


hey how can i lose wieght like eat healthier and wat are some exercises i can go to lose some weight like in my stomach area. i mean i not over wieght at all but im starting to get a little belly. lol so i wanna get rid of it. so wat kind of healthier food should i eat and what kind of exercises should i do a day??? well, if you want to go on a diet for a little while, you can go on the South Beach Diet, whick you lose Belly fat. They sell the blue book at wal-mart. since you dont want to lose a lot of weight, you should skip to phase 2, which is not very strict.
OR-
if you dont want to go on a diet to lose the belly fat and just change your eating habits,
->cut off sugar related products such as junk food ad anything with a lot of sugar
->stop drinking juices and start drinking water more often
->sit ups and crunches are perfect for the stomach
