I'm currently in the process of obtaining child support,i have my daughter 24/7,her father hasnt seen her in 5 months and am currently in another state and am thinking of moving here,i'm just wondering what my next step should be and if he has any rights(even though he hasnt had any contact with his child)? he dose have rights however if he is abuseive an achoolic or a drugie u can fight him for full custody or get him to sign over his rights. If u can dig up any drit on him that be helpful
