1 1/2 Cups - Warm Water (110° -115° F)
2 Tbsp. - Sugar
1 - 1/4 oz. Packet or 2 1/4 tsp. - Active Dry Yeast, (Fresh, not out-dated)
1 1/2 Tsp. - Salt
2 Tbsp. - Olive Oil
4 Cups - White, All Purpose Flour

is there anything i can substitue yeast for? becasue i dont have yeast. could i use baking powder or baking soda? or is there anything else i can use?

since its pizza dough, and pizza dough is not very ight and fluffly, then sure. it should be fine if you use a a tsp or so of baking powder. let me know how it goes! =]

What is shortening? What can I replace it with in my cooking and baking? And is it a natural ingredient, like is it full of artificial flavorings? (link)
u can use any type of oil to replace it
