has anyone ever felt at random moments like suddenly everything is clear and then you go back to feeling normal and at other times pangs of depression? (i dont have bipolar disorder or manic depressive i dont think) not like sometimes youre happy and sad but im not sure how to say it (link)

Completely normal. The same thing happens to me All the time and it gets kinda frustrating at times. But you just gotta deal with it for now, just know that there's nothing wrong with you and it won't last forever.
