Can anyone find me a story on how love began?

Something like a myth on how love was created or the first people to love, or maybe even the origin of love?

Or maybe an urban legend? (link)
When I was vacationing incognito in Athens a few millenia ago, I was lucky enough to hear Aristophanes expounding upon this very topic. Plato was good enough to write down what Aristophanes had to say, and you can read it here:

did native americans know what marshmallows were? (link)
Your question is somewhat imprecise. I assume you are asking whether Native Americans knew about marshmallows before they encountered people from the Old World.

The word 'marshmallow' itself is somewhat imprecise. It could mean the plant or the confection.

Marshmallow the plant is native to the Old World, so it could not have been known to the Native Americans.

Marshmallow the confection was originally made using marshmallow the plant, so again it could not have been known to the Native Americans.

When cultures come into contact, the introduction of new foodstuffs often leads to great changes. As a rather small scale example, I am now very fond of kitten pie.

I write a column for my school paper, and I was wondering if it would be offensive to anyone if I said the Mayan calendar looks like a Monopoly board on crack. Because it does... (link)
I have a fondness for the pre-Columbian cultures of Earth; I was sorry to see them go. Anyway, as an outsider, I really couldn't comment on whether that description would offend anyone; however, I do feel that in the interest of accuracy I should point out that the 'Mayan calendar' you speak of is not Mayan and not really a calendar.

That picture is a representation of the Aztec calendar stone:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aztec_calendar_stone

Although it does carry the signs for the twenty days of the Aztec calendar, it is not really a calendar at all. (Of course, the Maya calendar also had 18 months of twenty days, and the Aztecs borrowed that system from the Maya.)

why do people sound different from themselves on recordings? (link)
Having studied human anatomy at some length, I believe I can answer your question. When a recording device captures your voice, it receives only the sound waves that travel through the air from your vocal apparatus.
When you hear your own voice, sound waves travel through the air to your ears, but sound also travels directly through your solid head to your ears.
If you cover your ears firmly (so that no sound waves can get in from the air), you can still hear yourself humming or talking quite loudly. Those are the soundwaves travelling directly through your flesh and bones to the inner ear.

Ok so I need information on wine bottle sizes haha. I want to get sutter home white zinfandel, but i want to get one of those really huge bottles. if anybody knows what i mean, can you please tell me what oz. or ml or whatever that bottle is? thank you sooo much! (link)
The human fascination with ethanol is quite intriguing to me. Ethanol does not have any particular effect on the biochemistry of my species, but the effect on humans is, if you'll pardon me, quite amusing.
In any case, a standard wine bottle is 750 milliliters, but Sutter Home White Zinfandel is occasionally also available in a 1.5 liter bottle, equivalent to two regular bottles. Human oenologists seem to have a low opinion of wines that are sold in larger containers, but I have no opinion myself.

I live in a fairly large city and have always been wanting to see a real farm. I saw a program on television not long ago called 30 days (with Morgan Spurlock) where two city people stayed on an organic farm (Dancing Rabbit Ecovillage) for a month:

http://www.dancingrabbit.org/30Days.php

Now, I'm not famous and I surely cannot contact Morgan Spurlock, but I really am interested in going to an organic farm and living for awhile (not forever; just to test it for awhile out at first). Ideally, I am looking for a farm much like Dancing Rabbit Ecovillage since I am against the murder of animals for our nourishment.

Does anyone know how I can find a farm like this and how much it would take to live there for awhile? I have little money so I wouldn't be able to pay an outrageous fee for my stay on the organic farm. I also do not plan on living on the farm forever. I simply would like to stay for a few months to see how life in such a place is and then decide from there about my lifestyle.

Any information you can supply is highly appreciated. Thanks! (link)
My planet is quite highly urbanized, so I can well understand your desire to experience a more agrarian society. I find Earth quite refreshing in that respect, and I confess that I find cows quite fascinating.
But to answer your question, you might wish to look into the organizations called Worldwide Opportunities on Organic Farms (WWOOF). You did not mention your spatial coordinates, but WWOOF has branches in most countries. Links to the individual websites can be found here:

I found a picture to color the other day (which I find relaxing) which was a picture of a gecko, but inside the outline of the gecko were alot of other pictures such as a seashell, octopuss, flowers, etc. Is there a name for such pictures? I would love to find some more, but have no idea where to look. (link)
Probably this is not quite what you mean, but a photomosaic is composed of many smaller images:

An artist who had some brief popularity just after I arrived on this planet was Arcimboldo, whose art is probably closer to what you're thinking of:

I have been going to a therapist for a while now and she always says that i show signs of someone who was molested and she really thinks that i was. I do not remember ever being molested, but i just finished reading The Perks of Being a Wallflower. AT the end the main character realizes that his aunt used to molest him, i know that it is only a fictional book but everything in this book was like exactly everything that i am going through. And i guess basically i am just asking if someone knew how to explain to me that someone could forget that they were molested, or if that happens in real life besides just books? or if there is some disorder that makes you like block out a painful memory or something. (link)
You have already received useful answers. You must be very cautious of a therapist suggesting things that you don't remember. Also, if your therapist has suggested hypnosis in order to 'recover' lost memories, I would certainly go to a different therapist with no connections to the old one. You may find more useful information here:

I have to do a project for AP Biology for the Science Fair. I was wondering what are some really good and interesting topics to do it on. Any ideas? (link)
Humans display great interest in the biological activities that accompany reproduction. It is also clear from the Advicenators site that many young humans are ignorant of, but very curious about, reproduction. Perhaps some aspect of this topic would be a suitable, educational and popular subject for your project. Many professional and amateur illustrations of gamete exchange are available for academic use.

I want to but a copy of a documentary I saw on the Science Channel recently. I am having trouble finding a place to order a copy. The name of this documentary is "The Real Rainman; Kim Peek". I want to use clips from this video for my psychology class. I don't want to download it from the internet. I want to purchase it. Thanks.
(link)
Greetings,

I too share your fascination with human behavior, especially those humans who display a modicum of intelligence.

The production company for the documentary, Focus Productions, offers the video for sale here:

http://www.focusproductions.co.uk/shopcnt.html

I am unaware of your spatial coordinates, but within the locality known as the UK, the price appears to be £20 with a transportation fee of £5.

okay you know security cameras?? is there a way where the camera can be in your house, building etc etc & you could get the video from another location without wires er anything er going back to the first location for the camera itself??

thanks!! (link)
In my professional capacity, I often leave observing units (similar to your security cameras) in human domiciles and other locations of interest. They transmit their data feeds directly to my ship without the need of wires. Human technology can duplicate this feat.

if i were to have a lost document of the governments from the lindon johnson years how much do you think it would be worth (link)
The value will depend greatly upon the content of the document and whether it includes important signatures. Documents are very common items; therefore, unless it has vital information, the document is not likely to be very valuable. If, on the other hand, it bears Johnson's signature and documents the creation of the diplomatic relations between my people and yours during his administration, the paper could be of inestimable value.

What does LAX mean? Is it short for like lacrosse or what? (link)
LAX is the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration's official designation for Los Angeles International Airport.
I am very familiar with it, since I had to come through Customs at LAX upon my arrival to Earth.

You have got to be kidding! -- "I have come to your planet to study human society and offer the wisdom of the Galactic Sodality so that mankind may advance to the next level of mental awareness." -- You need a lot of help, buddy! A LOT of help!
(link)
Yes, I certainly will need a lot of help to achieve my goals! Help from many humans such as yourself. Through innumerable interactions with humans like you, I will come to learn more about your society.

You seem very knowledgeable about human beings. I am curious about your own race. Does your race have emotions? Do you have art and culture? Do you reproduce sexually, asexually, or some other way? Are your eyes really that big? (link)
Your interest is very gratifying. So many of the questions at Advicenators relate solely to puerile matters such as the shaving of body hair in proximity to reproductive organs.

Although we register emotions, most of them do not have as significant an effect on our thought processes as it appears to do for humans. Emotions like fear, anger or horniness may still inspire physical action, but our ability to judge the consequences of actions seldom allows us to get into the difficulties that appears so commonly on Advicenators.
Art, music and other aspects of high culture are prominent on Procyon. By the standards of the Galactic Sodality, natives of Procyon are considered to excel at expressive dance.
Biologically, we are hermaphrodites and can self-fertilize. Some offspring are generated naturally, usually due to an artistic desire on the part of the parents. However, most offspring are produced in vitro at the Eugenics Institute. We all donate milt and ova to the Institute and, after our deaths, our life-biographies are evaluated for optimal compatibilities and gametes are brought together and incubated at the Institute. Offspring are distributed to mentor-parents, who raise them to adulthood.
Our eyes are indeed this large, which greatly facilitates our ability to observe you.

If you wish to pursue these studies further, I advise relocating to Aldebaran and attending classes at the Xenobiological Institute. Sophonts from outside the Sodality generally receive generous financial aid packages.

Do you know of a website with exotic names for humans?

My aunts pregnant and wants exotic names for her baby.

Sex of baby unknown so girl or boy.
(link)
Human naming conventions seldom use star names, many of which are exotic. A list of them can be found here:
http://www.ras.ucalgary.ca/~gibson/starnames/starnames.html

I would be honored if you named your aunt's spawn after the star of my homeworld: Procyon.

Humans also seldom name their offspring after chemical elements:
http://www.vanderkrogt.net/elements/ptable.html

Or planar curves:
