I cut myself. I've been cutting for about half a year. I've never had a problem hiding it or anything. Just recently I've been trying to stop. I know its bad. My problem is that I have P.E. starting 2nd semester (in January) and I don't know how to hide the scars (I'm going to have it 2nd period if it helps). My parents don't know, and I don't want them to know either. We have to wear uniforms so I don't know how I'm gonna pull this off. Also, bracelets and jewelry aren't allowed. Any ideas? Thank you.

Well i understand the fact of tryin to hide things because i go through it also. But i have stop because a few of my friends have found the cuts and they aint to happy with me. They begged me to stop and i have for the most part. But i have been doing something else. I found a new area to cut. But im not sayin thats what you should do. You need to tell someone, you need help. I dont know what much to say but to try to stop.

ok i have a rash on my back, it has little red bumps going all down my spine.. its really ichy and really red! im really scared because i dont know what it is!! PLEASE HELP ME IM SO SCARED!!!!!!

Well i cant tell you what it is but you should tell your mom imediantly and see what she says. If she don't know then you should see a doctor. Don't be scared it could be maybe a sweat rash if your playing some sports or maybe that its just a little to hot at school. But dont be scared and talk to your mom A.S.A.P.
