Q: Im just wondering, this is a quick question. I slept over my new friends house. Shes extremely pretty, rich, but shes diabetic and she smells like fish. Badly. I know she sprays perfume down there, she's told me. But she cannot find a way to get rid of the smell. What should I tell her as advice?

First, advise your friend to stop spraying perfume down there. It messes up the normal balance of things and could be the cause of the 'fish smell'.
Second, get her to go see someone about it. Most infections can be treated simply with a course of antibiotics, and, although it is embarassing, it's better in the long run.
