I have the same problem, so i just act like myself and just talk to him online, and sometimes in person. And sometimes I just hang out with him with all my friends at school.
So try it, it should get him to notice you, and if you're lucky, he might even start to like you.

Well if a girl is looking for looks then maybe she will like you. But most girls [like myself] go for personality. Girls look for guys that have a sense of humor, cares what his girlfriend thinks, and is sensitive. So maybe if you talk to a girl you like and get to know her, she might like you.
