Heya, oh flirting..maybe things like engaging in some kind of conversation and laughing with him, i find laughter is always an excellent start if you can make someone laugh your sort of on a level to talking and gradually things may get deeeper. Also just sometimes try looking at him but if he looks at you the other way it tends to get a males mind thinking..but dont rely on it always keep levelling headed theres loads of great guys out there and at your age you dont have to focus on just one, they guy thats truly for you will recognise you prettyness and flirtyness without you even trying.
