i think i might be able to tell you. ok maybe why nothing is happening is because deep down he really wants to ask u out but when u gets up to do it he chokes. So give it a little time and eventually he will make a move but if he doesnt and u really like him u could like make a move too it doesnt always have to be the guy that doesn everthing. But anyways just give it some time and eventually he will ask u. Feel free to ask me any other questions
