about

I guess you could say I'm pretty normal. I like girlie things, but I enjoy being with guys & doing guy stuff too. Guys are my favorite. Some girls can tend to not care as much as guys. I am always thinking about everything, a lot of teachers tell me I have a scientific mind. My GPA is 4.0 & I like a guy that's smart. He has to be able to carry on a conversation. I have the urge to run away a lot. I just got my braces and people tell me I look good in them but whatever. & If you don't like a girl for that, you're shallow. I'm sarcastic. I want to be a lawyer, I can argue very well and that's where my passion is. I don't like my dad. Everyone says I remind them of "Rory" from Gilmore Girls.
I love::
the beach
New York
having dreams
accomplishing things
talking to people
being me
kissing
cheerleading [no, that doesn't make me a ditz]
car rides
sweet guys
the color pink
xanga&myspace [ask for my usernames for those]
music
I'm a SUCKER for a guy that talks sweet. It doesn't take much to melt my heart.

Okay, so I'm relationship challenged. I've never had a real relationship and I'm 18. I actually just got kissed for the first time a month ago tomorrow. Well, the guy that kissed me is kind of confusing. I've liked him for a while and he seems to like me. Anyway, over spring break, I asked him to prom, even though I knew he wanted to ask another girl. He said he didn't know if he was going yet, but if he did, he'd definitely go with me. Well, he hadn't said anything about it for a long time, but we'd been hanging out a lot, so Friday I asked him if he'd decided whether or not he was going. He said he was leaning towards no, but he still hasn't decided. However, my friend said she heard that he asked another girl to prom on Thursday and she said no. I still like him, but I'm just confused. Why does he keep leading me on and giving me dumb excuses?
Oh dear.
I hate when guys do this. Unforunately, you might not know this, guys are STUPID. Lol, they really are. They lead you on, all the time. I would just go to prom by myself or with friends. You can have just as much fun. Who needs a guy that can't make up his mind and appreciate you for you? No one! If he says anything about it just be like sorry I already have a date! And if he asks who, be like since you were so wishy-washy I made a date with my friends. Stand up for yourself, girl, and don't let him lead you on. I wish you the best of luck!
Love always,
Lauren
